Manually adding offline ticket transactions

Question How can I add ticket buyers that purchased from me offline?

Event organizers may accept payments offline, and manually add them to the event, in order for them to appear on the event records.

  • Go to “Add Attendee”

  • Choose which ticket was bought, and enter the quantity

  • Enter the Buyer Information

  • Enter the other information about the transaction

  • Click on “Create Manual Order”
