Resetting passwords and log-in details
At the bottom of the Sign In page, click on “Forgot your password?” On the next page, enter the email address you’re using for Ticketbase, click “Continue.” You will receive an email containing instructions on the next steps.
You may also reset your log-in details on your dashboard. On the upper right corner of the dashboard, beside your name, click on the drop down menu and choose “Email & Password.”
Enter the account details, and click “Update.”
